World Cup host city Samara shopping malls evacuated after bomb threat

Three shopping malls and a hospital in the Russian World Cup host city Samara have been evacuated after a bomb threat was phoned in - just minutes after a match. Emergency services arrived at the malls with sniffer dogs, local media reported.
According to reports from the city - the sixth largest in Russia - "nothing dangerous" was found in one of the centres.

The local branch of the emergency situations ministry was not immediately available for comment, and it is unclear if any bombs were placed at the centres. It happened shortly after the city hosted a clash between Colombia and Senegal, which finished 1-0 to the former. Samara is also set to host a match in the next round of the competition, as well as a quarter-final.
